Mr. Johnsen currently holds a position as an investment director with Akastor ASA. Mr. Johnsen holds an MSc in Economics and Business Administration from the Norwegian School of Economics. Øystein Matre

Øystein Matre, born November 12, 1960, is one of the founders of Westcon Group and was CEO since inception in 1982 to 2012. From 2012, Matre has been CEO of Westcon Yards, covering business areas ship repairs, newbuildings, rig services and subsea installations.
